This whole self-publishing lark has been a minefield and a steep learning curve... researching the content was the easy part!!

Deciding where to publish has provoked an interesting internal debate. Lulu takes CONSIDERABLY less than Amazon of the proceeds - meaning more cash for the planting of new trees. However, Amazon has more clout and tends to be the 'go to' for book purchases.

NB: reviews can be left on Amazon even if purchased elsewhere... so I would recommend buying on Lulu and leaving a review on Amazon :)

I've priced the book at the minimum allowable, which is still more than I was hoping. To be totally transparent, purchasing via Lulu provides a rough profit of £6 ($7) per book as opposed to £0.35 ($0) elsewhere...!! Food for thought.

Anyhow, irrespective of how published I guess I've started my task in spreading their messages, so will leave it with you guys as to which platform you'd prefer to use but if you could you leave a review on Amazon and the Talkingtotreesproject Facebook page that would be super fab (all reviews gratefully appreciated!). Happy reading and I hope you enjoy!
